That’s all I really feel like doing right now.

furb life.
stuffs, part 2.
Well…. I had zero sleep last night (aka this morning) after a full day of hiking at Echo Mountain and after killing the dark hours by watching National Geographic on Netflix, it seems that two hours before I was supposed to wake up for work is the best time to type up a new blog post.
And maybe for once, a more “life journal” post? To start things off, yesterday’s hike was fantastic! With work and a broken arm, I hadn’t been able to get myself out there since bloody January. Yesterday seemed like my only chance before life swallowed up my time again. Notes for next the next hike:
1) Remember to bring camera.
2) Bring more water.
3) Don’t forget my bloody asthma inhaler.
4) GET AN EARLY START!
Regarding Note #4, I slept in yesterday. Which meant I got an afternoon start. Which meant I got to hike only 7 miles and not nearly as far up as I wanted to. Since I do have those regrets, I should throw up a 5th: DO IT AGAIN SOON AND NOT WAIT 6 MONTHS. Yes, this must happen again before the end of the month, especially if the summer camping trip gets canceled.
Other summer stuffs:
My friends and I’s new podcast, Cinemaddicts, is going well and we are actually on a fantastically steady weekly schedule. If you’re into podcasts and films, check us out. You can suscribe to us on iTunes via search or clicking on the link. Also our comedy web series, The Random Show, is back with a new episode and another one is on the way. We’ve been having fun for almost two years now doing this. I’m totally glad we’re still at it.
On the music side, I’ve been going to some brilliant music gigs lately, the last one being an epic 4th of July show. My friends and I once again went nuts to Captain Ahab and had an epic pool noodle battle to Guns N’ Broses. I really need to start bringing my camera to places.
Summer is in full swing and we’re about halfway into July. This matters because one of the band’s that define summer music for me, Everybody Else, is coming out with a new album at the end of the month. There first album defined Summer 2007 for me and four years has been way too long. This is their most popular song.
That’s all for now. An excited Harry Potter rant should be up soon.
